Stabilizes the gut

Overall Experience:

I'm 69 and had trouble with diarrhea. The Bio Complete 3 really helped to stabilize my gut and normalize bowel movements.
Pros and Cons:
- Helped with diarrhea
- Thanks for a reasonable price - even lower would be nice
