    The best customer service

    Overall Experience:

    What initially drew me to SmileDirectClub was the cost. It is easily a 1/3 of their competitors' cost. I know, they say you get what you pay for, but I’m cheap and decided to give it a try. Then I experienced their customer service. I’m old and have never experienced customer service this good before. Every step, procedure, service, and what to expect is explained in phenomenal detail. I did the home mold kit due to COVID-19. Not bad and again, great instructions. The aligners arrive in the neatest, most efficient packaging I have ever seen. At the end of my initial set of aligners, my top front teeth were not perfect. SmileDirect re-evaluated my teeth and recommended another mold followed by another set of aligners. No additional cost or hassle. They really want your teeth to be perfect. This time around a SmileShop was opened in my area. I highly recommend going to a SmileShop even if it isn’t convenient. The staff in Pittsburgh were very friendly and professional. Chanele did my scan. I could tell she has done that a million times. The scan equipment is way better than doing a mold. Much more accurate and actually a lot easier. The professionalism was top shelf all the way. I couldn’t compliment the whole process enough. I’m confident my smile will be perfect.
