I have only been using the Bio Complete 3 for about 4 weeks. My wife and I have also started a new healthy diet following Dr. Gundry’s suggestions. Have lost 7 pounds. I can tell that my digestion is changing. My pooping is slowly returning to a normal state. I’m a 62-year-old retired airline pilot. And airline life is now an absolutely miserable place to be!
