Prior to trying this 60-day free trial, I had used Crest White Strips but, without fail, the last day I'd experience some tooth sensitivity. After just 3 days of using this product, my teeth were so sensitized I couldn't fall asleep that night. After calling them and telling them I wanted a return, they told me I had a 60-day trial period so suggested I wait a week and start using again two days a week. After 3 weeks, NO improvement so tried three days a week for another 2 weeks without improvement. Called them the day before my order date at the 60-day period and they told me they had to receive the package back by the 60-day date. I explained it wasn't even delivered until almost a week after the order date, they told me to upgrade shipping to include tracking and told me to call with the info and they MIGHT refund. Crooks, so I'm reporting to AG's office and BBB.
