The packaging and even the app are very appealing. The product itself is garbage and when you try and contact the help number they refer you to email. I explained my issue and they obviously didn’t read it and asked me again what was the problem. I tried 4 tests and couldn’t get a reading for even one test. Don’t waste your money!
