I have had Hubble for about 3 years. They have been great up until the last 6 months or so. I have received late orders several times. This is very problematic for me as this was the only method I was using for my vision, so if I don’t get the contacts, I can’t see. I recently called customer service, and they were unable to email me a copy of my prescription so I could go somewhere else. Now I am stuck with no contacts, and I was supposed to go out of town.
