    Hubble Contacts

    Late orders

    Overall Experience:

    I have had Hubble for about 3 years. They have been great up until the last 6 months or so. I have received late orders several times. This is very problematic for me as this was the only method I was using for my vision, so if I don’t get the contacts, I can’t see. I recently called customer service, and they were unable to email me a copy of my prescription so I could go somewhere else. Now I am stuck with no contacts, and I was supposed to go out of town.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Low cost
    • Quality contacts
    • Available customer service
    • Late delivery times (1 week or more late)
    • Unable to receive prescription when requested
    • They don’t send an email when the delivery will be late, so I don’t know until I’m out of contacts before realize I have none left

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
