March 18, 2021, at 11am (Thursday), I filed my request for my phone to be SIM Unlocked of any carrier and the process took about 2 days. Yes, I got an email on Saturday at 3pm that my phone has been unlocked. Yahoodieeee. With specific instructions inside the email for my 11 Pro Max, swab the SIM, and in seconds it was working, perfect. Extremely pleased and I recommend it!
