I signed up and used this app for about two weeks. As we are human and we go about our life we forget about certain subscriptions. Well, I was charged the $39 renewal fee for another 3 months and I emailed them the EXACT day and I went in and canceled my subscription. And I also messaged them twice through the app. About a week later I got an email asking what email I had used and if I used PayPal or my debit card, acting like they were going to reimburse me (all information I had already provided had they paid attention), but customer service comes back and tells me they can’t reimburse me because I didn’t cancel before the renewal date. That was my whole point in emailing them! They don’t have enough grace to understand it was an honest mistake. Most companies can understand and will work with you. Not this company.
