Be very careful with this company. I got a subscription during the beginning of the pandemic. Like a lot of people whose gyms closed, this was a temporary alternative. I just today got a $99 charge for a subscription renewal. It’s actually still pending. I immediately emailed them to cancel and get a refund. They refused the refund as they stated that I had instant access to the classes so they can’t. The charge is still pending! What a scam.

Oh man. This customer posted WAS refunded even though we have a digital product he had access to. We made an exception when he made the request. Mike, can you please acknowledge that and update this review. Just really unfair and untrue info here. Much appreciated.
