Going to the bathroom at work was a big worry for me. I honestly never knew how long I'd be there. I suffer from gastroparesis. The bloating, constipation, and incomplete feeling when trying to have a BM were making my life miserable, and that's with a doctor-prescribed medication daily. I've added Bio Complete 3 and it's changed everything. Morning BM, check, then if I need to go during the day, it happens! Can't explain how wonderful this is for me! Then the great side effect of a really significant decreased craving of sweets! Didn't expect that, don't know why it's happening but I'll gladly take it! I was very worried about spending money on this product but as of right now I'm really thankful I have. No more uncomfortable bloating and cramps, and the regular BM is something that has been missing for too long. Thank you Dr. Gundry.
