Hunger control

Overall Experience:

I bought this after watching an online ad. I was suffering from constant sugar cravings and intestinal issues. With eating less and less cravings I’ve been able to lose 9 lbs in 1 month.
Pros and Cons:
- Appetite control
- Helps a little with regulating BMs
- Helps with intermittent fasting and weight loss
- No significant enough change in BMs consistency
- Expensive
- Requires 4 pills a day
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
