I am really impressed how completely it has changed my daily bathroom routine! I have become extremely regular and usually am done with my daily routine, soon after I wake up. I am surprised that I started sleeping better and not having to get up to use the bathroom at night, multiple times! I’ve talked with my wife and she wants to try it too!
