Immediately upon taking Bio Complete 3 for a couple of days my husband and I experienced improved digestive functions. Consistent BMs without struggle. I am having less heartburn even though I’ve stopped taking a daily over-the-counter antacid pill. We feel more energetic and look forward to continue to experience further improvements as it heals our guts.
