I’m not sure how the Bio Complete 3 is working; however, I don’t seem to be having any bad issues as a result of taking it. The problem is that I’m not seeing any really noticeable difference after taking the product daily for about three weeks. Maybe I need to take it for a longer period of time before I can realize a significant difference in how I was feeling before taking Bio Complete 3 versus after I have taken it. After I finish taking this 30-day supply of Bio Complete 3, I will continue to take a second 30-day supply, and then, maybe I will be able to notice a significant difference in the before taking Bio Complete 3 versus the after. Since I was not having any severe digestion problems before I started taking Bio Complete 3, it might be difficult for me to notice a huge difference in the before and after. Hopefully, in another month or two, I will be able to better evaluate this Bio Complete 3 product.
