I believe in the theory behind the formula

Overall Experience:

I believe in the principle of Bio Complete 3 - give correct food to your good gut bacteria to increase numbers that thrive and therefore overpower the bad gut bacteria.

It is too early as yet to know if I have benefitted from taking these caps and I only took 2 caps each morning, BUT that should also do the same job; just with reduced cost to me. Paying over $300AU is a lot of money and I cannot afford to buy it again.
Pros and Cons:
- The capsules have a nice taste and are easy to take
- Easy to take and caps have a nice taste or fragrance when swallowed
- I believe in the theory of Bio Complete 3
- Recommended to take 4 capsules
- Too many tablets and should be able to be in 2 tabs/caps
- Capsules are too expensive - I cannot buy again
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
