I’ve been using Bio Complete 3 for about a month now and to be honest I felt great, within the first week I was feeling a difference in my gut. A difference of improvement. There were a couple of days I forgot to take the evening 2 pills and I could feel the difference from when I do take them. I haven’t felt much energy but have felt mental clarity, alertness, and the ability to focus. I’m definitely going to continue to buy these because I feel it’s improving my health. I’ve even introduced this product to family members that are interested in trying it.
