I bought this bike in March of 2020 and in October 2020, my left pedal fell off and I screwed it on, but then I noticed the pedal was still loose even though I put the pedal back on and the same thing happened 2 more times. I called Slim Cycle and BulbHead in November 2020 and was advised due to the pandemic there is a delay with delivery drivers. In January 2021, still no replacement pedal nor pedal holder. I called back and they told me they are on backorder. I got a postcard in February 2021 saying they are on backorder. I called in March and the guy assured me the pedal is on backorder and that he will send me another postcard about that. Here it is April 15, 2021 and I still don't have a functioning pedal nor pedal holder that holds the pedal. I even bought a pedal of the same size as the Slim Cycle pedal, from Walmart, and the pedal holder won't even hold that pedal. I wasted a little over $200 for this and I only bought Slim Cycle because I knew I wasn't going to work out at the gym anymore during this pandemic.
I don't like to leave bad reviews, but every time I look at my Slim Cycle bike, I feel liked I've been ripped off and I just feel like I wasted my money. What makes it even worse is all this time has gone by and my warranty is probably no longer active and at this point, I wish I could just get a refund, because I still don't have a secure pedal holder nor a secure bike pedal.
