They ask very straightforward questions to get the information they need to assist you while allowing you to elaborate as you need. The video chat was pretty simple and it reassured me a lot to be able to ask questions or be just generally informed about the process and options. It was overall a much less stressful process than I imagined it to be and I'm thankful for that.
