When I did not get my order I emailed customer service and got a reply to contact the USPS. I followed up with a call and the representative explaining that this is not uncommon with the USPS and contacting them would be a waste of time, representative was no help. I would not waste my money on it.

We sent you an email asking you to file a missing mail claim with the USPS so that we could reship your package but never heard back from you. Perhaps you did not receive that email?
