    GOLO Diet

    Waste of money, never received product

    Overall Experience:

    When I did not get my order I emailed customer service and got a reply to contact the USPS. I followed up with a call and the representative explaining that this is not uncommon with the USPS and contacting them would be a waste of time, representative was no help. I would not waste my money on it.

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • Never got the product
    • Company does not care or back the product
    • I lost my money
    • They could have offered to send a replacement

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      I can see from your account that you contacted us on 4/28 to let us know that you did not receive the package. We sent you an email asking you to file a missing mail claim with the USPS so that we could reship your package but never heard back from you. Perhaps you did not receive that email?
