This is ABSOLUTELY the most horrible experience I have ever had. I purchased my car in full on 1/16/2021 and now it’s 5/11/2021 and I still have no title. This is illegal and no one cares. You cannot speak to a manager and I have over 37 calls logged to the customer support number and still my car sits in the garage. Someone needs to call me.
