I ordered several units to put around my house. I have other similar devices but they are loud. These units are quiet, light a soft glow, and look great. Except the lights started going out in each one. I emailed the company for advice on what might be wrong. After a couple of emails, I finally got a response. All it said was it’s been over 30 days, no refund. I sent a reply that I didn’t ask for a refund. I wanted to know about light replacement, etc. I haven’t even had them six months. The warning on the side of the unit says to remove collected dirt frequently. How do you see or remove collected dirt? Mine are clean on the outside. They have just made little plastic boxes that plug in with a light, very expensive. Scam.
