When I saw TAPfit on Facebook I was delighted and knew it was for me. I loved tap dancing when I was very young and have longed to do it all my life. So, this was a way to do it and exercise. I'm 77 and am wanting to keep my body strong and healthy. I do QiGong and the TAPfit aids the whole body reality.
