Just started my TAPfit program and I really love it. I look forward to it and even have a hard time doing a "rest day" as advised because it is so fun. I could tell right away that, while it seemed easy, I was getting more of a workout than expected. It is also improving my balance and flexibility. And that doesn't even count the fun moves or the cool sounds of tap rhythm. Best fitness program I've ever purchased!
