    TAPfit fun and progress

    • Length of Use: 3–6 months
    Overall Experience:

    I have done various types of exercise over my 50+ years. I'm 62. The last workout was dancing, however, it got too intense with the up and down. Was hurting more than helping and really didn't see any results.

    I was in search of something new. Always have had a desire to learn how to tap dance. I came across TAPfit and thought why not. I have not been disappointed at all.

    I am so impressed with what I have learned thus far. I am also noticing my arm flaps aren't as floppy and my sides and backside is firming up. All the while I am fulfilling my bucket list item!

    Much time has been put into this program, making it effective and so worth it! Thank you!

    Pros and Cons:

    • Great instruction to the steps and moves.
    • Work at my pace, it is validated via the TAPfit warrior support.
    • Can feel the effects in the time I have been doing the routines.
    • The only con was the delivery, with COVID-19 it was understandable, and the wait is worth it!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
