I'm having a blast with this workout! I've always wanted to learn to tap dance, and I really appreciate how the instructors clearly explain each step. I can't tolerate the typical overly-perky aerobic instructors on other programs, but TAPfit is upbeat and encouraging without making me want to throw something at the TV. I especially like that it forces me to focus on executing the steps properly. Because of the taps, I immediately know if I'm wrong. It provides a mental workout and helps me destress.
It did take a while for me to receive my equipment, but when I emailed them, I got a quick response explaining that the warehouse had been affected by Covid and there would be a delay. They even upgraded my plan for the inconvenience at no extra cost.
I love that the workouts are short, since I have to squeeze them into my evenings. I enjoy having access to the Facebook groups and draw encouragement from others' posts.
Overall, I'm having a great time and dancing has boosted my mood considerably.
