The product is working as advertised. The problem is in shipping. I have had two shipments sent to me and the first time one jar's lid was cracked but no glass shards were present, so I kept it. This box I received yesterday, all three jars were broken. I cut my hand with a piece of glass just in opening the box. Should I return it or will you send me a replacement?
