Started this program over a month ago and was a little skeptical of my achievements. But wow, it's been great. I have now lost 20 pounds and am starting to feel great again. Not much for getting on scales so I do the clothes test. I pull out items in my closet I haven't been able to wear for over 2 years so I am making progress. Also don't have the snacking issue I had. If I eat a meal out I take half of it home with me. Awesome product.
