BetterHelp has helped me gain confidence and control of my life. It’s nice to know you will be speaking to the same person each time who remembers and cares about your details. There are times that I text in between appointments and get needed responses back from my counselor. I’ve been able to address areas of my life that I never opened up to anyone about and I am so much better.
