NP Laima Karosas went above and beyond. I had a UTI and was having pain and made the appointment. The nurse practitioner called me right away, after hours. I missed her call because I was in the bathroom, with frequent urination. I left a message in the app, and she called me back AGAIN after hours. I was able to get the prescription in time before the pharmacy closed! So grateful!
