I've used Livia for at least 2 years and it is so convenient and helpful with relieving cramps. I've recommended to multiple friends, and even let them try mine, who have ended up purchasing as well. I really like having a drug-free pain relief system for my painful cramps, especially since mine happens so on and off but with intensity. I can easily adjust the intensity as my cramps come on.
