I saw this product on Facebook and put it on my Christmas list a few years ago. I have not stopped using this product! The first few days of my period can be somewhat painful, as I am sure others have experienced. I have noticed an almost immediate relief of pain upon placing the gel pads on and turning the Livia device on. Whether your muscles are tight in your lower back or lower abdomen, you can place Livia on and you will notice a difference. I always make sure the device is charged up before my next period! I am happy that I have it!
