I was debating on purchasing a Livia for months before I finally made the decision. I have always had severe cramps during my cycle, and always needed Tylenol every 5-6 hours before they became too uncomfortable. I know that isn’t good for my liver in the long run, so I finally made my purchase. I haven’t regretted it at all, and wish I had done it sooner! It has helped me so much and I barely go grab any Tylenol or Midol unless I forgot to place my Livia on the charger. The whole set it amazing and I love how the gel pads are not expensive and last for many uses.
