    Bad customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I went in today to request a freeze on my account as I am having my right knee completely replaced on July 7th. I will be unable to use the gym for the month of July but want to resume my workouts in mid-August. I was informed by the girl behind the desk that I would need a note from my doctor for her to do this! WHAT? I need my surgeon to give me permission to pause my account for just one month? I have to have him take time out of his busy day to write a letter to my gym telling them that I’m not lying and that I will need to not work out for a month due to having my knee replaced. This is a service that I pay for, that I choose to use. I was shocked, to say the least, and canceled my account. I will not be going back and will be sure to advise others to do the same.

    Pros and Cons:

    • It was close to home
    • That I need permission to pause my account for just one month

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
