    Abs After 40

    It works if you work

    Overall Experience:

    I am a 53-year-old male and although I have worked out most of my life, since my 40s my body changed, I got soft and gained a lot of belly weight, and my workouts weren't getting results. A few years ago I did the Abs After 40 program along with the Fast Metabolism Diet. I lost 30 pounds in about 3-4 months and was in great shape. I didn't buy any supplements although I was rigid with both the diet and the workout. I got lazy over the past couple of years and stopped doing any kind of workout, ate poorly, and gained most of the weight back, along with the belly fat. I got sick of my gut so I decided to try them both again this year and although I'm only in phase 2 right now I've already lost 20 pounds and am close to my ideal target weight. I'm a big fan of this program and I know for a fact that it works because I've done it twice now. But it only works because I did the work. So if you're serious about making a change in your health and lifestyle and are willing to stick with it, this is a great program. Thanks Mark!
