I have seen Richard fire the people who work for him that really care about the gym and the members. I have been going to the gym for 35 years and have never seen such disrespect for his employees. We built a community of beautiful people and now that has been destroyed, so much ugliness for a dollar, so I'm going to join Crunch gym tomorrow.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
