I have always had horrible cramping before and during my periods. I have always had to take pain medications, use heat pads, and remain in bed for at least a couple of days due to how bad the cramping was. That was until January, when I discovered Livia. I was a bit nervous but I read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. And I’m here to tell you, I am so glad I did. I have used it religiously for the last several months. Not only that, but my pain medication and my staying in bed days have drastically decreased. The overall pain is significantly lower. And the number of full-on period days? Actually decreased as well. (Likely because I can be more active?) All in all? Worth every single penny. It’s discreet, tiny in size, but HUGE in relief!
