I was an early user from the crowdfunding website and have used it lots since then. I had one problem with it that customer service promptly sorted. I have tried many other TENS machines on the recommendation of the doctors and none worked, so I tried this after seeing a YouTube video and the girl had a similar condition as mine. Being chronic I use this most days and it really works. Of you're debating, give it a go.
