    Gundry MD Olive Oil

    Not the best taste

    Overall Experience:

    I didn’t care for the taste and can’t verify health benefits, but they were very professional and sincere when I discussed it with them. Just not sure it’s right for me.

    Won’t use anymore

    I bought 6 bottles of this oil probably over a year ago. I put up with the horrible taste thinking it’s just because it is so healthy. Well, I finally went to an olive oil specialty store that has locally cold pressed virgin olive oil with each one labeled with their polyphenol rating. The taste of even the highest one (over 700) was amazing and nothing like Gundry olive oil. There were different varieties that I tasted and the olive oil quality was explained thoroughly. Tasted peppery and what you’d expect from a great-tasting olive oil! I’m beginning to think that the Gundry oil I received is maybe rancid and/or otherwise just bad oil. I’m afraid to finish this after all the info about the qualities of virgin olive oil I found online and how this oil may be questionable.

    I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about what I’ve been putting into my body after tasting other olive oils, but especially after hearing about high polyphenol olive oils by experts. Hope I’m wrong about this, but won’t finish what I have left.
