Terrible
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

BetterHelp has been horrible, difficult to schedule, and unresponsive on getting assistance scheduling after counselor cancellations. Super bad.
Pros and Cons:
- No “pros” were specified in this review
- Counselor canceled same day but has maintained me on his caseload
- No response from the company
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
