I recently ordered AuraGlow's deluxe whitening kit from Amazon, however, the tray that had the light was malfunctioning. The light would not stay on no matter what I did with the batter and even if I pressed the button down very hard. I contacted their customer service only to ask ways on fixing the issue, but they went ahead and sent me a brand new replacement instead. I was really impressed with the generosity and thankful that they did not give me the run-around
