The whitening product is ok but not revolutionary! The customer "service" is AWFUL. Called twice to cancel and they still sent another tube. I called again and they promised to not charge me and sent a prepaid label. When I returned the product they charged me $10 to return. This company does not know the meaning of cancel, or honesty. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative to Smileactives.
