We were satisfied with our use of HomeLight to close the recent sale of my mother’s home. The notaries they provided were very professional, cordial, and quite thorough.
We were not as satisfied with the performance of the realtor they recommended, but we cannot fault HomeLight for that. While the realtor got her home sold, they presented issues with communication and did not follow through with offers of assistance their original agent promised (we learned they terminated his employment a week after we listed with them).
Overall, our experience with HomeLight was positive and we were very satisfied with their services.
