I might have bought one of the first generation of Mirror in February 2019 (Job #805684). I didn't really use it much, mainly because every time I got ready to go and wanted to get my workout done, Mirror didn't work. It wouldn't boot or couldn't connect to WiFi. Or even the WiFi showed clearly on the phone as connected, the Mirror itself won't connect. And in February 2021 (two years after the initial purchase), when I gave it one more try, the Mirror broke with a flickering screen. They replaced it without communicating with me first, one day I got an email saying a delivery was coming to my house. Then another day someone showed up and replaced the old one. Yes, the whole process was pain-free for us, I have to say the service was great. But the new Mirror is the same way. It's unstable. Sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't. Like today, I got ready again and wanted to squeeze in 30 minutes before we went somewhere. The Mirror didn't connect. My planned time went wasted and got me really irritated.

Now I'm canceling my membership and will just use it as a wardrobe mirror taking it as one of the most expensive mistakes we've made. One thing that is interesting is that the product/company doesn't give you the option to provide Google reviews. That itself is suspicious.
