Everything with Rocket Mortgage went great as far as doing refinance. However, when it comes to paying out refunds of overage Azure payoffs to pay off other debts, there needs to be better communication. Both payoffs were returned to the company and I had no idea where my money was. No one called me or notified me that the money had been returned to the company until I called. They verified my address and said they did not understand why it was returned. $50,000 floating around scares me. You need to be better at making sure that the funds are delivered to your clients and follow up immediately when checks are returned.
