Overall, the process was simple and straightforward. I do feel there were a couple of times where I had to completely explain things several times as if it was not noted on my file. The credit repair rep, Amy, was absolutely amazing and on the money as far as her estimate of what changes would be required and where they would put my score. Closing was quick and easy.
