I ordered two items more than a month ago. Was informed shortly after that one item was back-ordered and would be delayed. To date, I have received no communications or products. Sent inquiries and the reply email said they would respond within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. The only response was an automated email asking to rate service. Really? How can you rate non-existent service?
Do not purchase Bellroy!
