The taste is great and I enjoy taking this in my water during the afternoon. I can't tell specifically if I'm seeing major benefits from this product or if it is the entire program. I have not seen major fall off points when I forget to take this but I do notice almost instantly when I don't follow Dr. Gundry's diet recommendations.
