Worked perfectly! Easy as pie, once they got me the code. Well worth the cost.

Overall Experience:

Outstanding service. What I expected to be a big hassle turned out to be a breeze. I'm seriously thinking about unlocking my other phone. Would recommend these people to anyone wanting to break the chains of a locked phone.
Pros and Cons:
- I lost the first email, with the code and instructions, but they got everything right back to me
- Their customer service was most helpful and friendly
- No “cons” were specified in this review
