I can say that this product tastes good, and is easy to enjoy. I'm not yet sure of its effects, as I have started using other Beverly Hills MD products at the same time, and am not sure which product is causing my skin to look clearer, brighter, and younger. Maybe it's a combination of all three. It's worth a try, and I will keep you posted.
