I love my Livia. It helps ease or eliminate my period pain so I can continue with my life instead of laying in bed on a heating pad and ruining my liver with pain meds. That being said, see your doctor first to make sure you don’t have an issue that needs to be addressed if you have chronic pain. After that, use this device. It really works.
